About Sonny

Founder. Coach. Athlete.

Sonny didn't start as an elite coach. He started as an athlete who was tired of generic gyms and coaches who didn't care.

So he built something different. A gym where every person is treated like an athlete. Where programming is intentional. Where coaching actually transforms people.

That gym is now in its 5th year. 300+ athletes have trained here. 89% stay beyond their first year. And Sonny still programs every session and coaches most days.

What's the 30-Day Roadmap? +
A personalised introduction to our training method. 4 weeks of coached sessions with baseline testing and progress tracking. No lock-in beyond this period.
Do I need to be fit to start? +
No. Our programming scales to every level. We assess where you are and build from there. Everyone starts where they need to.
What are the class times? +
We run morning and evening classes Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Check our app (Hapana) for the current timetable and availability.
How is this different from CrossFit? +
Our programming is structured in training blocks with progressive overload. Every session has a purpose within a bigger plan. We focus on developing athletes, not just completing workouts.
Can I try before committing? +
Yes. The 30-Day Roadmap is designed exactly for this. No lock-in contracts after that. You get a month to experience our coaching and method.
What should I bring? +
Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle, and indoor training shoes. We provide everything else—barbells, dumbbells, racks, and expert coaching.
Do you offer personal training? +
Our group classes are coached at a personal training level. Every member gets individual attention and programming feedback. That's our model.
